Well known to many as the mother of actress Jenny Hanley, Dinah Sheridan was one of the most beloved actresses of British cinema.

Filmed on location in Africa, “Where No Vultures Fly” was one of the most popular films of 1952. Selected for the Royal Command Performance at the Odeon Leicester Square on the 5th of November 1951, attended by The Queen & Princess Margaret, the film co-starred Anthony Steel.

Dinah was one of the pioneering actresses to appear on TV, first featuring on the newfangled medium in 1936, and starring in the first main TV play.
