It is important to contact Art & Hue as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order for custom-made artwork as, once work has already started on creating or printing, they cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the physical items to our studio address in good condition.

Please do not return anything until we have processed your submitted form and have verified it qualifies for return.
