Pop art print of the iconic actress & best-selling author Jackie Collins, wearing her signature leopard-print.
Art & Hue has delved into the archives of the Ealing Comedy “Barnacle Bill” to uncover images of Jackie Collins which have been transformed into stylish pop art prints.
Released with the title “All At Sea” in America, “Barnacle Bill” starred Alec Guinness and was the penultimate Ealing Comedy. As one of a group of bored teenagers, Jackie’s character June and her friends help transform Alec’s failing pier into a popular attraction, complete with a rockabilly-style skiffle band.
Set in the fictional seaside town of Sandcastle-on-Sea, the charming film sees Alec Guinness and Jackie Collins dancing together in one scene.
Available in A4, A3, and A2 sizes to fit standard-size picture frames. Please note that black frame is not included – for a guide on choosing a frame size take a look here.
An official collaboration with StudioCanal, this print is part of the new collection of stylish pop art by Art & Hue inspired by images from the photographic archives of the iconic actress and writer Jackie Collins, in Art & Hue’s signature halftone Pop Art style (halftone is an age-old technique that uses dots to make up the image, similar to newspapers or comic books).
