Mary I Pop Art
The daughter of King Henry VIII, Mary I deposed her half-brother Edward VI‘s preferred heir, Lady Jane Grey, to become Queen from July 1553 until her death in 1558, after which her half-sister Elizabeth I succeeded to the throne. It would be remiss not to mention the marked similarity between Queen Mary and the actor Dennis Waterman.
