RIP Donald Sutherland

Art & Hue wishes to extend heartfelt condolences to the family & friends of Donald Sutherland following the news of his passing at the age of 88.

The great actor has been at the centre of popular culture for many years, from early appearances in British TV classics like “The Saint” & “The Avengers” through to cult films including “Don’t Look Now“.

Starring Donald Sutherland & Julie Christie, “Don’t Look Now” continues to be appreciated as a masterpiece of filmmaking and a defining moment in horror films. It’s a testament to Donald Sutherland’s talent that the film has such a resounding and haunting impact.

The prolific Canadian actor has worked consistently since 1962, with recent appearances in The Hunger Games franchise and “Lawmen: Bass Reeves“, and his unique presence will be missed in film and television by audiences.
